Mayan Palace Riviera Maya time share resale purchases already sound intriguing before another word is written. The notion of having easy access to Mayan ruins at Tulum as well as ocean front views including the use of a private beach while staying in luxury accommodations is inspiring to say the least. Grand Maya Riviera Maya is another of these impressive time share resorts in the well known tourist mecca of Cancun, Mexico. Vacationtimesharerentals.com is an excellent source when looking for these or other locations for time share resale purchases or rentals.

The Mexican coastal communities are becoming the vacation destination of choice for lots of very good reasons. For one thing these areas are still available whereas nearby oceanfront properties in the United States are becoming both expensive and have increasingly limited availability. Since the overall cost of living in Mexico is lower, the profit motive prevails for American investors who have crossed the border for good old American capital gain. Not that these time share resale weeks are dirt cheap but are probably a little less than those in California and Texas on average. Mexico is stretching to increase both inland uses and to alter their image. Increased eco-tourism opportunities abound. Garden features which highlight local flora and fauna have been added  to resorts. Amusement park style zoological amphitheaters have also been built for the enjoyment of travelers who wish to experience the beauty of Mexico’s interior without risking the rigors of exploration. Centro Ecologico Sian Ka’an is one of the areas new green tourism must sees.

The resorts in Cancun and other Mexican cities offer about the same amenities as most other oceanfront Caribbean locals. It is almost a case of “if you’ve seen one you’ve seen ’em all” but there are still notable differences. Probably the most notable is that the Mexican ruins are now fairly accessible by tourists. These are every bit as in tact and interesting as the Parthenon in Rome. But the less crowded tropical beaches and cheaper air fare make Mexico tough to beat.
