Gatlinburg, Tennessee currently has many timeshares for resale and rent. The area is best known for the national and Dollywood amusement parks but adventurers will find much more to see. Gatlinburg has quite a few other offerings to time share purchasers. Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort  Mountainloft, Gatlinburg Town Square, Laurel Point Resort, Crown Park Resort, Club Chalet, Tree Top Resorts, Brent Creek Golf Village and Acadia also list a few timeshares for resale and/or timeshares for rent at prices that are within most budgets. The list is a very long list and this is only one location in a very large state so with a little shopping most purchasers can find a great timeshare. Rentals are readily available so don’t despair if you’re not ready to buy just yet or if you are unfamiliar with the area. Vacation there once and fall in love with the unparalleled views.

There are 65 varieties of salamander alone found among the biological diversity of Tennessee. If ever there was a place created for eco-tourism it is found in the mountains of America’s sixteenth state which joined the union in 1796. It is also the most Appalachian of our many states to claim that mountain range with the highest peak at over 6,000 feet. These sweeping vistas also provide some of the country’s most scenic highways. Particularly beautiful in the fall, but not inaccessible any time of year because of the state’s mild climate. Summers can be quite warm but winter is less of a driving nightmare than other mountainous regions of the country so timeshare rentals can be purchased with confidence for any week of the year. Daytime highs are normally in the high 40’s in the coldest months. Memphis is the largest city but Nashville, the state’s capital, captures the spotlight for it’s country music industry’s headquarter status.
