Their resorts are really impressive and relatively new for the most part. RCI is a great company too but their strong point is in helping guests trade weeks and locations. Mariott time share resorts are just a little more posh on average than the others.
So the first step to deciding among the top time share companies is to access your needs. If money is the farthest thing from your mind than maybe Mariott time share resorts have the edge over the rest. Mariott has 6300 time share resorts Marriott’s Shadow Ridge in Palm Desert, California offers villas that are very similar to those offered in other locations. Villas differ from hotel accommodations the way that a pop-up camper differs from an Airstream. There’s really not much that is the same. A time share villa is in reality a fairly good sized apartment. They come with most normal furnishings including washer and dryers in the units as well as full kitchens. These are an unbelievable value compared to traditional hotel rooms.
Regardless of the differences from one to another of the top time share companies the best values are among new offerings. Nothing broken or dingy. Consumers will have a chance to get in on the ground floor(or most other floors) in the now under construction Marriott Oceana Palms in Riviera Beach, Florida. The scheduled opening in 2010 will undoubtedly be worth the wait. With a second phase II offering scheduled to open in 2011 and yet another in 2013, the total completed resort will offer years of vacation enjoyment.
