Maui timeshares head up the list of time share resales in all time popularity. But as the winter drags on and northern dwellers run out of highway salt and wear out their snow shovels the light at the end of the tunnel might just be an annual Hawaiian vacation. Resales at Ka’anapali Beach Club on Maui are some of the many time share resorts which can be found occasionally. For rent or resale one and two bedroom suites are  amazing values compared to many other resorts in island locations. Diamond Resorts International is the corporate entity behind this timeshare vacation location. Outdoor poolside sunbathing or beach front views– this resort has all the usual prerequisites for rest and relaxation.

Diamond Resorts operates several other Hawaiian Island Resorts including Royal Kuhio and Kona Reef (both have one bedroom only),Papakea Resort (studio & one bedroom),  Sea Village, Pono Kai, Kapaa Shore (one and two bedrooms each), Fairway Villa, Sea Mountain, Valley Isle (studio, one, and two bedrooms), and The Point at Poipu (two & three bedrooms). Each resort has varying levels of comfort but all have at least basic housekeeping amenities, swimming pools and easy access to beach or recreation. Diamond Resorts have offerings in many locations so if Hawaii is full don’t despair. They can accommodate lots of people in several states and international destinations in terms of time share resales or time shares for rent.

Beach locations for Diamond range from Florida time shares, Mexico and Hawaii to the unlikely beaches of Massachusetts. That last is not recommended for sun bathing but they have a spectacular pool under a greenhouse styled enclosure. Under the cooler weather resorts list the vacationer will find Lake Tahoe Vacation Resorts in Northern California. A resort with a fair mix of rustic and refined this one is a particular beauty. Open and airy suites in the Island Links Resort on Hilton Head Island Resort, South Carolina is a Mid-Atlantic favorite. There’s a beach for everyone and plenty of time to sample timeshares for rent at each destination before purchasing  time share resales.
