Feel like you’ve missed out on time share resort vacations during ski season? Well, even though everyone seems to be buying bikinis for spring break, the ski season isn’t yet over in northern climates. The United States and Canada still have plenty of snow if you know where to look and it may be possible to get last minute accommodations. If not then it is certainly not too early to start looking for timeshares for resale for next skiing season.

One really great company for those far northern locations is of course Whistler, BC timeshares. They are by no means the only company in this arena but they do make snow look elegant. Whistler vacation Club at Lake Placid Lodge is one of these. They are available in exchange from RCI as well as resale. Skiing at Whistler/Backcomb is not the only drawing card here though as outdoor activities abound. These are offered for perpetual rather than limited use. Price here is exceptional but annual maintenance fees may be a tad higher than at other time share locations.

Marriott also operates time share vacation resorts in Lake Tahoe, California; Park City, Utah; and Vail, Colorado. No one would argue that these are anything to sneeze at: far from it in fact. Marriott’s Timber Lodge at South Lake Tahoe is as close to the best of all worlds as a vacation destination can be. It is, of course, a case of location more than any other factor. Being in Northern California Tahoe offers a relatively quick commute to wine country or ocean vistas if the ski vacation isn’t enough. It would make a great place to start a vacation–a good base of operations for further exploration. There is to be sure more variety to the terrain of Northern California than there would be to that of Canada!
