With winter weather clinging to the northern shores of America’s Canadian border, southerly located vacation timeshares start sounding like a better travel option. Regardless of the destination no stone should be left unturned in the search to find a time share purchase or time share resale match.

There are a few good companies that offer services to those in need of such accommodations. One of these is Resort Timeshare Resales (RTR). At www.resorttimeshareresales.com the concept of fsbo has been helped along just a bit. When a property is truly for sale by it’s owner there is no one to help with legal aspects, advertising or any sort of listing service. RTR and other similar company’s allow the buyer and seller to meet on the web site and arrange sales terms. Legal, real estate and advertising advice is available from the rtr timeshares site.

This being said and the snow still falling it is time to take stock of beach–I mean vacation–needs. Certainly there are other destinations but speaking for many northerners it can almost be assumed that there’s a strong preference for beach vacations. Believe one thing though, not all beaches are the same.

Every option from the quick crash pad near a wild party beach like Fort Lauderdale during spring break to the refined high end accommodations near Charleston’s Battery during Spoleto are popular with different tourists. Timeshares in every budget and a wild difference in amenities exist though with varying availability. So work at shopping for the right time share.

Although there are some timeshare exchange clubs that make it a simple matter to choose a different resort destination every year not all timeshares are affiliated with these. It’s important to assess weather you would like to have this option before you enter into a sales agreement. A lot of people really prefer the flexibility that comes from joining one of these. Others like being able to rent their time share and make a tidy profit. This still allows them the option of staying somewhere different every year.
