Silverleaf Resorts, Inc. offers some of the most flexible use options in the vacation time share industry. In addition to the traditional deeded time share there are optional memberships in RCI and bonus time program for short term stays. For one thing they have numerous resorts throughout the Eastern United States. These are spread out among nine states in all. The diverse locations of these time share resorts are Louisiana, Texas, Georgia, Arkansas, Indiana, Illinois, Connecticut, Massachusetts and New York. Another important point in Silverleaf’s favor is the cost. These deeded timeshare prices top out where other companies start. For many people the eight Silverleaf resorts that allow pets have a strong selling point.
Of the bunch Orlando Breeze Resort in Davenport, Florida is probably the most appealing both in terms of location and accommodations. Close to Busch & Cypress Gardens as well as Disney World these are pretty much in the heart of things. Less than ten miles from Disney and offering two and some three bedroom timeshares these are hard to beat at peak season from $30,000 to $35,000 in resales.
Consider the Orlando area as a pretty good indicator of Florida time shares pricing since there are others in the area for at least five times as much. Granted Silverleaf Resorts, Inc. aren’t as luxurious as Marriott they are nice and definitely as big as most time share resort units. The website www.sellmytimeshares.com currently lists several two bedroom units during the fall and winter at well below the $20,000 price tag. Maintenance fees are billed monthly at about $65.
Let’s face it. The Disney Vacation Club is wonderful but out of reach for a lot of people. The same can be said of many other companies who are very good at running time share type resorts. Silverleaf Resorts, Inc. is one of the more affordable names in this industry.
