You were so happy over the sell of your previous timeshare for a considerable profit you forgot to get back to the broker after you made your initial offer on the one you intended to purchase. You were singing a victory song as you checked to see that the funds were showing up online in your account. You didn’t check your email and haven’t even been answering the phone as you hurried through your work so that you could take that anticipated vacation.

Finally, you notice that the phone is ringing persistently. You finally check your email. Your offer was declined. It seems that the area that you were going to buy in has become very desirable real estate. Your offer only sparked a bidding war and three other higher bids have already been received. Would you like to make another offer?

Ugh! No that was all I could afford!

Your real estate agent makes his apologies. Losing vacation timeshares is not the end of the world. At least the sell of the old time share went well enough. But that does leave you all packed and no where to go doesn’t it? He insists that this year might be the time to try a time share rental instead. He has just the thing. How about a Sunset Beach NC time share rental to take the sting out of losing out on that anticipated time share purchase? That will give you time to check out the area and see if you’d like to buy one there. Not to mention that renting would give you a chance to save up more money so that the next time share purchase you make is less financial burden.

After recovering from your loss you have to agree. Putting the balance on your credit card was a bad financial move. You make your reservations glad that there is something still available on such short notice.
