Time share auctions which are offered at no reserve are value packed. They also add an element of excitement that is akin to a horse race or slot machine. Although it is true that no major purchase should be made without careful research and a lot of soul searching, this is still an option.
Many online sites are available for those who seek the opportunity to grab up a deluxe or low end time share or fractional real estate deed. No one doubts the well established benefits of an ebay purchase but other sites are out there too. It is really hard to say which of these is better. Ebay does offer a very user friendly format however.
Some of the other sites which were created as time share auctions exclusively are offered free for sellers and buyers. This would cheaper than ebay but there’s just something about going with the best in the business. Ebay is certainly the best site for nearly any online sells. There format is sort of exciting compared to the others as well.
For many of us there is a certain entertainment value to an auction and although real estate is big ticket…we’re still in. There’s something to brag about when you realize that you managed to get that Tahiti floating week for a fraction of it’s actual value. It often happens that you bid low on an aging resort week only to find that it is renovated the following year.
Auctions are fun. Time share auctions are just as much fun as any other kind. There’s a certain need to buy a pig in a poke now and then that this form of time share sells brings out in us! Never buy anything that you can’t afford but after that there are no rules. Vacation properties are sold for recreation and exploring a location that you stumbled on for dirt cheap at a time share auction might be just the adventure that you need.
